What is Imagine?
Imagine is dedicated to empowering kids and teens through movement, mindfulness, and mental wellness. We offer engaging yoga classes, expert-backed mental health resources, and fun ways to build physical strength—all designed to help young minds and bodies thrive. Through creativity, self-awareness, and a playful approach to well-being, we inspire youth to cultivate confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits. Just Imagine—a fun journey to mind and body wellness!
Yoga and mental health are my two passions, especially when it comes to children! I hold a 200RYT, and a 95CRYT. I have worked with children for a large part of my life. Currently, I work as a registered nurse in the pediatric behavioral health field. I strongly believe that activities such as yoga and meditation as well as exposure to nature, help children become physically and mentally healthy. My goal is to help children and teens develop the skills and self-confidence to become happy, healthy adults.
